On Tuesday, May 7 and Friday, May 10, 2019, Clark competed at Nevada’s Regional Championships. The Girl’s team placed 9th overall with a total of 104 points and the Boy’s placed 7th with a total of 112 points.

The Girls 200 Yard Medley A Relay placed 7th overall- 2:03.09. Madi Young had a great relay lead-off with a time of 29.51 – 50 back, Adrienne Kim swam the breast portion of the relay with a time of 35.07, Skyler Shannon swam the fly portion of the relay with a (PR) time of 29.74, and Selina Huynh anchored the relay with a 50 free time of a 28.77!

The Boy’s 200 Yard Medley A Relay placed 5th overall- 1:50.48. Edward Sung had a fast relay lead-off with a time of 28.15- 50 back, Julian swam the breast portion with a 33.39, Jimmy Diederichs swam the fly portion of the relay with a time of 25.44, and Roy Park anchored the relay with a fast 50 free time of a 23.50!

 

The Girls 400 Yard Free A Relay placed 6th overall- 4:05.45. Skyler lead the relay off with a PR time of 1:00.19, following Serena Huynh – 1:03.23, Selina Huynh – 1:04.41, and anchoring was Madi Young with a speedy finish of a 57.62! These girls dropped 16 seconds from their seeded time and went from being 9th to 6th place!

 

The Boys 400 Yard Free A Relay placed 9th overall – 4:04.29. Thomas Griffiths lead the relay with a 1:02.96, following Justin Yu 56.91, Julian Loh 59.34, and anchoring was Zeyad Lateef with a time of 1:05.08!
